Correction & Coating

Not sure which one fits your car? Here's the short version.

Paint has swirls or scratches?
Start with correction. It removes what's already there before anything is sealed in.
Paint already looks good?
Go straight to ceramic coating for long-term protection and easier upkeep.
Want both, done right?
Bundle correction and coating together — correcting first gives the coating a cleaner surface to bond to.
Deeper scratches or oxidation?
2-step correction goes further than 1-step, for paint that needs more work before coating.

Correction & Coating FAQs

What's the difference between 1-step and 2-step correction?
1-step correction is a single machine polish pass that removes light swirl marks and shallow scratches. 2-step correction adds an additional compounding stage first, which tackles deeper scratches and oxidation before the finishing polish — it takes longer but removes more.
Do I need paint correction before ceramic coating?
Not always. If your paint is already in good shape, coating alone is enough. If there are visible swirls, scratches, or oxidation, we recommend correcting first — the coating seals in whatever condition the paint is in when it's applied, so fixing imperfections first gives you a better long-term result.
Why is the bundle cheaper than booking both separately?
Booking correction and coating together saves setup and prep time versus two separate appointments, and we pass that savings on directly — the 1-Step Correction + Coating bundle is $899 versus $998 if booked as two separate services.
How long does ceramic coating last?
Our ceramic coating is rated for 5 years with proper maintenance. Regular washing with pH-neutral soap and avoiding automatic brush car washes will help it last its full lifespan.
